The Power Window Doctors collects information you provide when you contact us or request a repair estimate. This may include your name, phone number, email address, location, vehicle year, make and model, the window involved, and your description of the problem.

We use this information to review your request, contact you about a diagnosis or estimate, and arrange service. If you submit a request through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta also processes information through its services.

We may use service providers to host our website, receive form submissions, and handle calls or text messages. We may share the information needed for those providers to perform these services. We do not promise that information sent over the internet is completely secure.

If you ask us to contact you by text, we may text you about your repair request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you by replying STOP. Any separate promotional text messages will require a separate choice.
